 WELCOME to Treasures of Tamesa. (also known as `Treasures of Tamesis’). `Tamesa’ and `Tamesis’ are the old names of the river Thames.
Our products are mostly made from natural materials and other old artefacts found on the shores of river Thames. These include antique pre-victoria `penny pipes’ (which were used for smoking tobacco and then thrown into the river by people over 100 years ago. We also use old animal teeth & bones (cattle) and shells washed up on the banks of the river Thames. In addition, we use other antique roman & saxon coins, tokens, medieval buckles and buttons, as well as some modern beads, leather strings and real silver pendants as part of our jewelleries & accessories. All items are hand-made and unique. Our sales outlets include stalls at Pagan Festivals & conventions and e-bay. A pay-pal service for purchasing directly from this website is available. We will be uploading a catalogue of all our products soon.
We also provide socials (Gothic Ball & Valentine Ball) on board a ship on Thames. We are also associates of the Tamesa Centre who provide workshops, camping events and magical training courses. Please check our website regularly. Thank you.
